Retrogen Custom siRNA Synthesis

Retrogen's custom siRNA service provides the high quality siRNAs you require for your important gene silencing research. Each siRNA is synthesized in our state-of-the-art synthesis facility to meet the highest quality standards. Our standard purification procedure includes de-protection and column purification, and typically yields siRNA that is 90% pure. HPLC and PAGE purifications with yielding siRNAs that are guaranteed >97% pure are also available for the most demanding applications. To ensure that the siRNAs are of the highest quality, all RNA oligonucleotides are assessed by capillary electrophoresis. Finally, all annealed siRNAs are analyzed by non-denaturing PAGE gel or capillary electrophoresis to confirm that the strands have annealed properly.
